Not an Emergency Service. We do not provide emergency or urgent care. If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
By using our website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over (or using the site under supervision of a parent or guardian), and that you will not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
We provide private healthcare services including in-person GP consultations, video consultations, home visits, travel vaccinations, sexual health screening, weight loss services, joint injections, minor surgery, and other primary care services. All services are subject to clinical suitability and availability.
When booking, you agree to provide accurate personal and medical information, attend on time, and inform us of relevant medical history, medications, and allergies.
Payment is required at the time of booking. Fees are displayed on our website. Additional charges may apply for blood tests, imaging, procedures, or specialist reports. Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding.
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations. We do not offer refunds where a patient disagrees with clinical advice, a prescription is not issued, or a referral is not deemed clinically appropriate. If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
All care is provided by appropriately qualified clinicians in line with GMC and professional regulatory standards. Medical outcomes vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee specific results.
Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are issued only where clinically appropriate. Pharmacy and medication costs are separate from consultation fees.
We process personal and medical data securely in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. Medical records may be shared only with your consent, or where legally required.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us at hello@myprivateclinic.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
